The area is nice and the hotel seems legitimate, but I'm giving one star because of the staff handling the booking. All communication went through booking.com, and we were charged the full amount. We asked about alternative dates and saw that there was availability, but the host made no effort to find a solution and showed little flexibility or understanding. I'd suggest paying booking.com's flexibility fee, since I wouldn't count on flexibility from this host.

The owner helped us a great deal with things that had nothing to do with our stay. I'm really grateful, and I can recommend this place without hesitation.

Great apartment, all new and clean, with comfortable rooms and a big bathroom. The location is great, about fifteen minutes from the first ski lifts. The owners are very friendly.

The included Lech-Activ-Card gets you discounts on activities throughout the Lechtal valley, and the location itself is beautiful. The apartment was really cozy, with a balcony that was perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. Conny, our landlady, was friendly, easy to reach, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful holiday in Steeg, and would definitely stay with Conny again. Highly recommended.

It's clean, well cared for, cozy, and in a good location, with excellent equipment. This holiday apartment is highly recommended and feels like home.
