The sauna is nice, and it's a good hotel. Dinner really isn't great for the price, though. It'd be great if check-in or getting the Gästepass could be done online, like at other hotels, so guests could use the free public transport to get here.

There are plenty of places for kids to play, indoors and out: an indoor playground, sports hall, boulder hall, outdoor basketball court, and five-a-side soccer pitch. After skiing, there's an easy-to-use ski room with plenty of space and warm racks for boots. The rooms are clean and have what you need, though they're a bit small but functional. There's a good selection at the buffet and pizza, plus a relaxing bar where adults can enjoy the evening while the kids play and spend time together around the hotel. A lovely family-friendly hotel, right across the street from the first lift up to the ski station. Guests can also use the sauna and fitness room. Recommended for families and large groups.

After a day of hiking, it was a nice place to stay, with plenty of space and a modern feel. It's right by the highway, but you can barely hear the traffic.

It's not bad, but it wasn't really good either, and it didn't feel like a three-star experience. The 4 pm check-in option alone makes it very expensive. On a Friday night, you'd expect better preparation: most snacks and food were sold out or not being served at the snack bar and pizza restaurant, and the restaurant had no availability. It's very kid-friendly in some ways, but a lot of the playroom toys for smaller children were broken or missing.
