After meeting the owner at a bar a couple of weeks earlier, I came here on his recommendation and was really looking forward to the stay based on what he'd told me. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful, and it has an indoor pool. The overall impression was great, though the pool and wellness facilities felt very dated. When I arrived, the wellness area and restaurant were closed because there weren't many guests and they were cutting costs. There was room for improvement.

My family and I had a nice two-day stay. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well, and the facilities were good, though they could use some improvement, like adding a kettle to the room. The hotel is lovely, if a little dated.

There's a nice view of the ski slopes and the highway bridge, and you can use the sauna and pool for free. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a good dinner option too. Staff are always friendly, and there are table tennis and pool tables as well.

We've stayed here with Danish senior bus tour groups too, and they had a good time. For our family, the suite had plenty of space, and the rooms were clean. The owners are a lovely little family, always helpful and happy to make time for you. We love this hotel and plan to come back for a summer holiday soon ❤️❤️❤️

We called while looking for somewhere to stay for the night and were told a room was available. We got there immediately, just three minutes after the call, but no one was at reception, and the bartender told us there were no rooms. I'm rating the service and hospitality here, not the hotel itself. Pretty unhappy about how it went.
