Gästehaus Braunegger

The family apartment had plenty of room, two bedrooms, and an extra bed in the living room. We liked the balcony, well equipped kitchen with some spices and coffee filters, and spacious bathroom with both a tub and shower. The owners were friendly and had lots of helpful local advice during our lovely three day stay. A few things could be better: most of it was clean, though the toilet ventilation and living room tablecloths were among the exceptions. The apartment is right on a very noisy main road, and without window screens, flies get in easily.

My 12-year-old daughter and I had a really pleasant two-night stay three weeks ago. The view from our room was amazing, especially in the morning. Angelica was wonderful. Before we arrived, I called to explain that my daughter is vegan and ask about vegan breakfast options. They don’t usually have any, but she got some especially for her. She also let us keep the vegan food I’d brought for the road in the kitchen fridge. On the day we left, I asked her to help book a paragliding flight because I don’t speak the language. She called the company, and when they said they had no availability until 14:00, too late for us, she arranged for them to fit us in at 11:00. Thanks to her, we didn’t miss out on the most amazing experience of our vacation.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, and breakfast, which cost extra, was very nice. There was plenty of free parking on site. Shops, restaurants, and a bakery were all close by. Excellent location, accommodation, and hosts.

We only stayed one night, but the owner was really chill and the room was big and comfy. Breakfast felt like being at my granny’s, just lovely, and we were more than well fed. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area.
