The hotel's shared sauna area was great, with a properly hot 95C Finnish sauna and an ice pool. Our room also had a private sauna and fireplace, which should have made it amazing, but apparently a previous guest had used far too much lemongrass oil on the sauna stones. When we switched it on, the room smelled like a chemical toilet. The hotel tried cleaning the sauna after we reported it, but it didn't help much. The bigger problem was hygiene at the bar. I saw the bartender pet a dog twice and never wash their hands. After petting it, he went behind the bar, picked up a cloth and dried glasses, then went into the kitchen to get food and served it. A coworker later picked up the same cloth and kept drying glasses. It makes you wonder whether he washes his hands after using the bathroom either. This would have been a five-star stay without that. For Americans, the sauna area is strictly clothing-free.

The rooms are spacious and have lovely views, and the hotel has a beautiful pool and spa area with plenty of good food options. Only small issues were the bar service availability and the gym, but neither really affected our stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

We booked the penthouse suite, complete with a terrace, sauna, and jacuzzi. The mountain views from the sauna and jacuzzi made relaxing there even better, and the massage was fantastic too. Nidum Casual Luxury Hotel has a modern design and a memorable atmosphere, with those breathtaking views all around. The food was incredible, healthy, beautifully presented, and very high quality. Everything about our stay was perfect. We'll definitely come back, hopefully many times.

The staff made us feel at home, helping with whatever we needed at any hour. They even packed lunch for us when we had to check out before breakfast. The rooms were cozy, clean, and just right for a mountain stay. We loved the location and its view of the Austrian Alps, and Seefeld is only about ten minutes away by bus. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were heated and open until 20:00. We swam comfortably even when it was -3 degrees. This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in, and I can't think of anything negative. We'll be back soon.

The view from every part of the hotel is incredible, and the pool and spa are designed beautifully. From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay, the service was exceptional. WOW, one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a while. Thanks so much for the experience.
