Bichlhof Riedenberg

Our room was lovely, with a gorgeous view. Getting up for breakfast was something to look forward to each morning. Familie Pirchmoser try to make every wish come true. Thanks for such a nice stay, we’ll be back 🙂

The rooms are all newly and beautifully renovated, and the generous breakfast is a great way to start the day. The hosts are always friendly and helpful, and the location and view are fantastic.

Breakfast was a real treat, with a valley view, and we loved the peaceful little round pool, especially after the warm weather of the past two weeks. We spent ten fantastic days at the Bichlhof, in a beautiful, secluded mountain area with ten houses spread around. There are several hiking routes, including ones manageable with a toddler in a carrier. The friendly owner and his wife gave us an exceptional welcome and great service. Everything was neat and tidy, and our small apartment was lovely. Breakfast is optional, and Kufstein is about a half-hour drive away. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

The cows are a big part of the place, and we loved seeing them amble along the road or hearing their bells nearby and in the distance. The Pirchmosers also have two goats, and every so often you can give one of the little animals a quick pat. We loved our days here, though they went by far too quickly. Thank you, dear Pirchmoser family, for such a lovely and unforgettable stay. Bichlhof in Riedenberg/Thiersee is around a 30-minute drive from Kufstein, set in peaceful, special countryside with hikes starting right there. The Pirchmoser family look after guests with real warmth and passion. The house is very clean and the rooms comfortable. Our recently renovated room had a balcony, shower, separate toilet, and a fridge. There’s also a well-kept shared kitchen with an oven, microwave, and more. Dogs are welcome, for about 3-5 euros a day depending on their size, which seems perfectly fair. Breakfast is delicious, with especially lovely freshly brewed coffee, a good selection, and portions so generous that even big eaters may struggle to finish. They’re happy to handle special requests. Guests celebrating a birthday get a glass of sparkling wine, and sometimes Mrs. Pirchmoser Senior bakes a cake late in the evening. Andrea and Benedikt Pirchmoser are always glad to answer questions or offer helpful tips. The value for money is sensational. Highly recommended.
