A handy base for hiking nearby, and dogs are welcome too. Our room looked stylish and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were really nice people, and they speak English :D.

Didn’t want to leave after our June2022 stay. We loved opening the patio doors on the ground floor and sitting outside in the quiet, whether over a lovely breakfast or a beer in the evening. The owners were friendly, as were their little dogs and cats. The horses, hens, and goats were shyer. Idyllic, just a treat.

The renovated mini-apartment was inside a dilapidated-looking building, reached by a broken road uphill and far from everything. For the high price, what you get is a lovely view of manure. There’s no real stovetop, just an IKEA Tillreda, and no extractor hood, so cooking a steak sets off the fire alarm. The small garden was neglected, with grass so high it looked like a swamp. In response to the owner: her “kind” reply showed exactly what her hospitality is like when she calls guests stupid. It’s false to describe this as a double room, because Booking.com lists it as a STUDIO. We declared the dog on Booking.com and paid for it in cash, along with the tourist tax, but still haven’t received receipts for either. She suggested we stay in a 5-star hotel, and we’ll gladly do that, since she charges a 5-star price for her studio.

The place was uncomfortable in every way. You need a car even for short outings because of the awkward location and uphill road. The outside was poorly kept, from the garden to the dirt track up to the entrance, and the furnishings didn’t feel like a farmhouse at all. Too expensive for what’s offered.
