Gästehaus Elisabeth

From Tulfes, the cable car takes you up for the Zirbenweg walk, with beautiful views across the valley toward Innsbruck. The guesthouse sits in a lovely village surrounded by mountains and nature. Our room was modern, clean, and everything was in good working order. The owners were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The rooms were comfortable and really clean, though they did get stuffy pretty quickly. Breakfast was good, and we had a lovely stay at this family-run guesthouse. It’s in a nice little town, with the bus to Innsbruck stopping right outside.

The balcony was huge, with views of the city and mountains, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything felt new and clean, and the rooms had lots of space, though the bathrooms were a bit tighter. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade cakes, cream cheese, and other items from the lady of the family. They’ll make scrambled or fried eggs if you ask, which was a lovely surprise. The apple juice is well worth trying. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We booked a family room for two couples and had plenty of room. It had two king-size beds, one in the main area and one in a smaller bedroom. The bedding, towels, and bathroom were all very clean. Breakfast was simple but high quality, and fried eggs were made quickly when we asked. It’s a beautiful setting, and for the price this place is a real bargain. Highly recommended, 10/10.
