The wellness area was spotless, lovely and warm, with a relaxation room and sauna. The pool itself was a little cooler, but the warm room made it feel comfortable. I was visiting friends who were skiing and needed something to do during the day, and this hotel was a great find. I called first, and they were incredibly welcoming to outside guests, with very fair prices for pool access. Highly recommend if you're nearby and not skiing, it's a great affordable option.

What should have been a good holiday ended with us having no desire to return. On arrival, the receptionist gave us the wrong room, though that wasn't the main issue. After a day skiing, we came back to find our belongings gone and someone else in our room. Our things had been packed carelessly, with shoes put on top of clothes and everything thrown into our suitcase. Some clothes were left behind, and we had to argue to get them back. We were then put in a different room from the one we'd booked. They said we'd have dinner there, but later charged us twice what it should have cost. There was no manager or anyone taking responsibility at the time.

A great place for skiing and unwinding afterward. Kornock lift is within walking distance, and there's a spa, swimming pool, and ski room. The hotel restaurant serves superb food, and parking is free.

The meals were splendid, and the staff were polite. It’s a cozy place with old rooms full of wood, and its smaller size means it never felt too crowded. A great spot for a vacation.
