The apartment was nice, and everything else was good, but the location was only okay. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the slopes, or a good five minutes uphill to the bus station. The cleaning could have been better. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable, and the curtains didn't block enough light at night. The lighting was poor, and even though I asked on the first day, they didn't replace the dead bulbs all week.

Stefano, the young employee who checked us in, deserves a mention. He was extremely friendly, took his time, shared useful tips, and was there to help throughout our stay. The team's motivation and care really added to the experience. The apartment was spotless and exceeded our expectations, with a prime location close to everything. No surprise it gets so many good reviews. We'll definitely return, and highly recommend it.

The location is convenient for the ski lifts, just a few minutes away on foot, and there's a ski bus too. Having a covered garage was especially useful with snow. The apartment also had plenty of detergent and capsules, which need to be taken care of. Still, the service fell short for the price. Check-in was an hour later than the stated 4:00 PM time, which was inconvenient after we'd left at dawn, and we didn't even get an apology. The beds were uncomfortable, with just one pillow each, which seemed unusual for this standard. Cleaning was poor too, with a full ashtray left on the balcony. Prices are quite high, and service was below what we expected.
