The restaurant serves tasty breakfast and dinner, and the pool and wellness area are clean and big enough. Our rooms were very clean too, and the staff were kind. There's a lift in the hotel. Getting to and from the hotel can be challenging because it's quite high up. Walking or driving with all your rental gear is a bit of a hassle, and heavy snow can make driving tricky. Still, you only have to manage that at most four times during your stay. The hotel's free ski bus can take you to and from the lifts the rest of the time.

The facilities are fantastic, with a sauna, steam room, hot tub, swimming pool, squash court, and even table football. Food was amazing, service was excellent, and there's a good wine list. It's a wonderful family-run hotel. Not cheap, but worth the money.

Family Egger run the place with kindness and a high standard of quality. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent, and the pool and spa are relaxing. The slopes are within walking distance. I can't imagine a better spot for a family ski holiday.

My ski friends and I went over to celebrate passing our ski instructor exam. Some of us were short of money because of the exam, and the barman told us, "if you don't have money, you must call your father and ask if he can cough up some money, otherwise you have to go". For context, four of the six people at the table had bought drinks.
