We found everything we needed just a short walk away, and the peaceful location was easy to reach. The glacier view was breathtaking and gave the place a special atmosphere. Our room felt cozy and spacious, with thoughtful furnishings, reliable Wi-Fi, a TV, and a small fridge. The bed was large, soft, and clearly good quality, so we slept well. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful all through the stay. They really seemed to care about making guests comfortable. Breakfast was a treat, with fresh bread, hot drinks, and local specialties made with seasonal ingredients, all nicely prepared and presented. There were also a terrace, small gym, sauna, and lounge with books and games. We didn't get to use those, but it was nice knowing they were available. Parking was easy, right on the property. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

The breakfast was hearty and satisfying, and the rooms were spotless. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. We loved staying at this cozy hotel, with breathtaking mountain views from the windows, and will definitely visit again!

Paula was a huge help throughout our stay, and everyone was extremely warm. The location is excellent, with a view, and very close to where the gondola rides start. Breakfast is bare minimum, but good enough to get the day going.

The staff were very friendly, and we'd definitely return. At check-in, the lady upgraded us to their best room, which had a lovely glacier view. We also enjoyed the good breakfast and the sauna area.

The Finnish, infrared, and steam saunas made for a comfortable wellness area that can fit more than six people at a time. The view over the Tux Valley is stunning too. It's a very nice, cozy hotel with a kind and generous owner. Breakfasts were above average. I'd definitely recommend it.
