The spa area could use a little improvement, though the sauna itself is great. The apartments are spacious and well equipped, the staff are very friendly, and the setting beside a farm is idyllic.

In summer it gets hot, and there are no air conditioners, only two electric fans, so winter may be a better time to go. There are also insects because of the shepherd and things like that. If they say “laundry,” check what they mean: you have to do it yourself, or pay if she does it. Be sure they know the exact number of people, as is expected in Europe, because you'll be charged extra if they find an additional person sleeping with you. The farm setup is fine if that's what you're looking for, but it's different from farms in our country. That's everything I've been told.

The rooms are nice, and the Airbnb is well equipped, with ski storage. It's quiet, though a little far from the center. The staff left us cold. Six of us traveled together, but we'd initially booked for five, so we were charged an extra 150 euros even though there was no other room, extra bed, or other extra provided. One of us broke his leg skiing on the first day and spent the rest of the stay in hospital after two operations. We asked whether they might refund him for the nights he couldn't stay in the Airbnb, but they said it was our problem and that people had even died there and still paid full price. That felt icy and completely lacking in compassion. A nice hotel, but next time we'll choose somewhere with staff who at least try to show some compassion.

The view is great, and the staff are excellent. You can dry your ski equipment there too.
