The golf lessons with Bradoh were a real highlight. He's knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, and the service at the sports store was excellent too. The staff member there was extremely helpful and professional. We also really enjoyed the relaxing yoga class. Islam, one of the restaurant's new waiters, was kind, generous, and attentive. The female restaurant staff were professional, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The gym needs more attention to cleanliness, and children shouldn't be allowed in, even with an adult accompanying them.

The service was the standout for me. From arrival on, the staff were warm, attentive, and professional, and took care of every detail, from local activity recommendations to clean rooms and excellent meals. The resort also sits amid the Austrian Alps, with panoramic views of green landscapes and snow-covered peaks that looked like a fairy tale. We were blown away by our stay and found it both luxurious and peaceful. It's a lovely mix of natural scenery and thoughtful service, and a true five-star experience.

The room, food, and service were exceptional, and the team was welcoming and professional. I had a great two-night stay and would still give this five stars. The facility is excellent, though the 10:00 AM check-out felt early and a bit rushed after a relaxing visit. The AC policy also affected my comfort and sleep. It was turned off when the outside temperature dropped below 23°C, so the room wasn't cool enough. Opening the window meant dealing with outside noise. Guests should be able to decide whether to use the AC instead of having a rigid hotel policy.

Dinner was amazing, and our room had a stunning view. The hotel itself is modern, warm, and spacious, with lovely views, and the staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. We did find the spa confusing to navigate, and were surprised it wasn't open at 9 AM, since we expected it to open earlier. We had also thought the hotel would be in a quieter area. It wasn't as peaceful as we'd expected, though that didn't take much away from the stay. We had a pleasant visit and appreciated the excellent service.

A peaceful, beautiful place with delicious food and a friendly, professional team. Can't recommend it enough.
