The room felt a bit small, and it wasn't cleaned during the week. They charge extra for a dog, yet don't seem to like dogs. The location is great.

The sunny terrace behind the house is lovely, and there's a barbecue grill too. If you ask, you can visit the sheep and cows. There's free parking in front, plus basement storage for skis and sleds and a boot dryer. Every room has a balcony and is functionally furnished, neat, and clean. Guests can also use the infrared sauna free of charge. The hosts are very friendly and take good care of everyone. Breakfast has what you need to start the day, including fresh rolls or bread, eggs, and muesli.

There are lots of hiking routes and quiet walks nearby, and the setting feels almost unreal in its beauty. The location makes it easy to reach the main sights around ötztal, with breathtaking views and a warm welcome. Restaurants are nearby, though you may need to drive to reach them. One restaurant just a few meters away offers takeout but closes at 6:00 PM, so keep that in mind if you eat later. The photos say a lot about the place.

The panorama is beautiful, the rooms are cozy, and the atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the value for money is really good. A little hidden gem, highly recommended. Greetings to the family from Sonneberg, Thuringia.

The breakfast buffet is small but excellent, with everything you could want. The guesthouse is in a quiet spot and the hosts are especially friendly. I have nothing negative to say and would love to come back.
