I was here for two days for Startup Weekend, organized by Bayern, Salzburg Tirol (Euer Camp-team). It’s a peaceful place that would suit a honeymoon or a vacation, and in summer you can really enjoy the nature. Getting here by public transport isn’t possible, though. You’ll need a private vehicle, or perhaps a taxi if you can arrange one. The restaurant owner is very friendly and kind, and the staff are cool. Everyone can respond in English or German, so there’s no language barrier. I ate vegetarian local dishes, though non-vegetarian food is available too.

The fresh food is amazing, including meat from their own bulls and cows. There’s a fantastic playground for the kids, and a great walk to the nearby waterfalls. A lovely day trip for the whole family.
