The food was at Michelin-star level, and the atmosphere was exquisite. The staff were friendly and gave me some of the best service I’ve ever had. They also accommodated our extra requests without hesitation. I can highly recommend this place, and we’ll be back as soon as we can. Best wishes to the staff, keep up the amazing work, and thanks for everything :)

The kids had a great time at the miniature zoo, and the small swimming pool was fine and felt safe for them. Our room service was quick and discreet, and the accommodation was what you’d expect from a 3* hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English, which was useful since our German is very basic. The restaurant deserves special praise: the service was superb, and the chefs’ meals were well above our expectations.

We had such a great stay that we’d happily come again, and I really recommend this family pension. The owners were very kind, and the food was genuinely delicious. Obertauern ski resort is only 14 km away, and the ski buses, free for skiers, stop right in front of the pension.
