The panoramic view is fantastic, and the apartment has excellent amenities. A great place to stay.

There was plenty of room for two adults and one or two children, and the Lerch family has furnished the apartment beautifully. The owners live in the same house and are incredibly friendly, always easy to contact if anything comes up. The house sits about 300 meters above Uttendorf, with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Driving up from Uttendorf takes around 10 minutes on a well-maintained access road.

The owners were genuinely hospitable, and we had a lovely, quiet terrace of our own. From 1070 meters up, we could enjoy a fabulous view across the whole valley every evening. We highly recommend it.
