Hotel in the HEART

The owners, Leon and Tamara, greeted me warmly when I arrived a little early, and my room was already ready. They were gracious and humble. My balcony looked out over the Alps, and the whole Inn smelled fresh. The room was modern and comfortable, with a firm bed that didn’t feel worn out. There’s a local train about five minutes away on foot, running roughly every half hour, plus a bus serving around ten villages. A bakery, market, and several shops are just around the corner, with waterfalls, lakes, and trails nearby. The Inn also has breakfast and supper, a bar popular with locals, a spa, massage bed, kids’ area, indoor pool, relaxation area, and ski lockers. I made two new friends on this holiday, and I’ve never been more impressed by an Inn.

After skiing, we could unwind in the spa and pool, with bathrobes provided. The restaurant’s delicious food and good beer made the evenings enjoyable, and breakfast was excellent too. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. It’s a welcoming, family-run hotel, and the service was great. Thanks, Leon and Tamara. I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

We stopped to rest at this cozy, friendly little hotel, about a 25-minute drive from Zell am See, the lovely town by the lake. The wellness centre and swimming pool really impressed us. Breakfast was pretty standard, though everything seemed fresh. There’s also a small lake for swimming just a five-minute walk away. A lovely place to stop and recharge.

We’d love to come back in winter after our early September stay at Hotel in the Heart. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the cosy spa area was immaculate. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the restaurant’s comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed while still being practical, with all the facilities we needed. Many thanks to the hosts and staff, who clearly care about their guests. We’re looking forward to another stay and more of the same pleasant experience.
