Hotel Brunella made for a wonderful stay. The food was a real highlight: every meal was delicious and carefully prepared, just what we wanted after a day in the mountains. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, and made us feel at home. We had such a good time and would recommend Hotel Brunella to families looking for a comfortable, welcoming getaway.

After a full day on the slopes, it was nice to unwind at the bar or play darts, pool, and arcade games. Several ski resorts are close by, and you can walk to them or catch the bus right across from the hotel. It’s a great fit for a holiday that mixes being active with taking it easy. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the start. And the food deserves a special mention too: the owner is also the chef, and the menu was varied and delicious from soup through dessert. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, like food from a 5 star restaurant. We felt like we’d met family after just a few days. I wholeheartedly recommend it if you want skiing, relaxation, great food, and a chance to meet people.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The waitresses in the restaurant were very rude and not helpful, especially the part-time waitress with blond hair and glasses, who isn’t the owner. It made for a really unpleasant stay. They did apologise afterward, but there’s still a lot of room for improvement.

We had a relaxing stay, with breakfast and dinner included. The meals were varied and delicious, and both the location and service were exceptional. The bar and restaurant equipment could use updating, piece by piece. Otherwise, it’s great for the price.
