The balcony has a great view of the mountains. The host is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and replies quickly if anything is missing or you have questions. The kitchenette has everything you need, though Apartment 1 has very little counter space. If you like to cook often, one of the larger apartments may be a better choice. The nearby restaurant at the Hotel Marko is highly recommended. The furnishings match the photos. The kitchen and bathroom are older and somewhat worn, but everything works and was clean. The highway is very close and quite audible, though with the soundproof windows shut you can't hear it at all. It's also handy for getting to day-trip destinations. Velden is only a few minutes away by car, but walking or biking the 2-3 km back takes a while because it's a fairly steep uphill climb. The courtyard entrance is somewhat narrow and steep when all the parking spaces are occupied by large cars, but manageable.

Restaurant Marko is a three-minute walk away, and the place makes a great starting point for hikes. Velden, with good shopping, is less than five minutes away by car. The motorway access is under 10 minutes away, so larger cities like Klagenfurt or Villach are easy to reach. The clean apartment complex is quietly situated and has magnificent views of the Karawanken mountains. Beautiful location in the border region of Austria, Slovenia, and Italy.

We had memorable days here. The house was clean, organized, very comfortable, and perfect for 4 people. The garden was lovely, with a great outdoor area and everything well equipped. It's in a great location, just a few minutes from the city's beautiful lake, and has a wonderful view. Communication with the people in charge was always quick and easy. We found it through Airbnb, and I recommend it. If I come back to the city, I'd definitely want to stay here again.

The contactless key pickup from the key safe opposite the front door worked perfectly. The apartment is a good size, clean, comfortable, and good value, with a nice balcony view, a comfortable bed, and the basics needed for everyday life, including cooking. It's in a beautiful, quiet spot that's good for hiking and biking. You can hear the highway. It didn't bother me personally, since we were there only in the evenings, when traffic and noise are lower. The driveway is narrow and could be tight for an SUV. With our lowered car for the GTI meet it was doable, but tricky. Parking is enough unless two or three cars arrive at once. The landlord is very, very nice. The price for what you get is excellent, though everyone can judge the downsides for themselves. I was completely satisfied, thankful, and would love to return. For active travelers wanting affordable, clean accommodation, I think it's an easy place to book. Update 14/09/22: The internet issue has been resolved, and everything is working perfectly so far. 👌🏻
