Gstehaus Gallob

Those little quiet corners around the property were lovely for reading or having an aperitif on cool summer evenings. Our balcony looked out over a lovingly cared-for garden and a delightful emerald green pond. It’s a peaceful spot, yet the lakefront and the center of Velden, with its beautiful old architectural details, are only a 5-7 minute walk away. The train station is just a few minutes on foot too. Olga and her family welcomed us so warmly and were always helpful. Their care shows in all the small details, and they speak several languages perfectly. The whole property is modern, clean, and tastefully furnished. The apartments are so beautiful you could want to move in, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I slept and rested wonderfully. A little corner of paradise, managed with love and passion. Thanks again to Olga and her family, I can’t wait to return!

We spent seven days here, enjoying a beautiful landscape and a wonderful place to relax. The service was impeccable, with great attention to detail. A special thanks to the owner, Olga, who looked after us every day with great courtesy and an elegant but discreet manner. Jona & Claudio

The rooms are lovely, but the train noise was really disruptive for us. The hedges were also being trimmed during breakfast. It was unfortunately too noisy for us.

Olga is a very friendly, hospitable hostess and does everything she can to make your stay enjoyable. The accommodation was beautiful and clean, and well placed in Velden, about a 10-minute walk from the center.
