23-Hotel

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and I wish someone had warned me before booking. I’d tell people to avoid it. The whole place felt dirty and had bugs everywhere, including spiders and mosquitoes. It felt more like camping outdoors than staying in a hotel. The towels were so rough they felt like cardboard against my skin. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable, unless you’re child-sized you’ll probably sleep curled up and wake with back pain. Breakfast only runs from 8:00-9:30, which is no good if you want to sleep in or relax on vacation. They close before many guests are even awake. The hotel misses the basics of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. I wouldn’t return. There are much better options nearby, and pretty much anything else would be an improvement.

The staff were very friendly, and I highly recommend this excellent hotel. After a long flight, I slept in and missed breakfast, but the lady was still kind enough to ask what I wanted and serve me a great meal. They also have organic fruit and vegetables at breakfast. The rooms were clean, with a bubbly and Nespresso machines, and the bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby!

The room was clean and quiet, though the airport is a little far away. A taxi costs 30-35 EUR. Breakfast was nice, with coffee, milk, juice, bread, meat, egg, and vegetables. They can even make scrambled eggs, which is a very good option. The staff were polite and helpful, and always smiled at guests.

Breakfast was plentiful and really good, and the staff were warm and helpful. The rooms were clean and peaceful, too. We stayed in June 2024, and the hotel was an easy, pleasant drive from Vienna airport, in a quiet village with a nice canal walk. The prices were excellent.
