Abieshomes Serviced Apartments - Votivpark

Traveling with my 3-month-old, I arrived early on a really hot day, 35 degrees, and the host let us check in at 12:30 for free because the room was ready. I really appreciated that. I also asked for a blanket for the sofa bed in the living room, and the host kindly gave us a room with two bedrooms instead. The apartment was perfect, with a very big, well-equipped room, and the host was thoughtful, helpful, and kind. It's not far from the main attractions, with lots of restaurants and a good supermarket nearby. Worth the money. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to friends or family visiting Vienna.

We stayed at Abieshomes for two months and were extremely disappointed with the cleaning. The upstairs was never vacuumed or mopped, the floors weren't cleaned properly, and used towels weren't replaced. Laundry pods and dishwasher tabs were rarely replenished either, so we bought our own cleaning supplies and my husband even wiped the floor himself with paper towels. Management communicated poorly, changed agreements without notice, and although they promised improvements, nothing was consistently followed through. They charged €39 without providing proper service or cleaning supplies. It felt completely unprofessional. We have photos and will share our experience. I wouldn't recommend this for a long stay, and if you're staying more than two weeks, don't book it.

Getting into the apartments was simple, and the staff on site were always friendly and helpful. Customer support was excellent too. The apartments were luxurious and consistently clean, really top-notch. I can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna!

The team made a big difference for us. Traveling with our small child can be stressful, and we had contacted the property before our stay with questions and requests about our son's comfort, some of which may have seemed unnecessary or difficult. They helped with everything and eased our worries. We'll be staying at Abieshomes again when we return to Vienna. At number 29, the one-bedroom apartment had a lovely terrace and was roomier than expected. It was spotless and well prepared, with a cozy bed and a practical, spacious bathroom. The fully furnished kitchen made the stay easier with our 2-year-old, and I've never been somewhere that offered so many coffee capsules. Having a washing machine and iron would be a lifesaver for business travelers or families with kids.
