We stayed in apartment number 13 on the second floor, so the elevator didn't matter to us. The train was barely audible. Inside, there was loads of space and it was very clean, with everything for everyday living, from wine and champagne glasses to plates and a huge TV. It's close to the center, too. Anhelika, the woman who rents the apartment, was lovely, warm and very helpful. We had a really nice stay and would recommend it.

The only downside was climbing four flights of stairs. Otherwise, this modern apartment had every convenience, was extremely clean, and exceeded what I expected. It's the best place I've ever stayed, and I recommend it as highly as I can.

I was unsure about the area after reading that it might feel a bit scary, but it didn't seem like a bad neighborhood to me. It was quiet, with few people passing by, and my experience was completely satisfactory. Agatha greeted us warmly and made a real effort to speak Spanish. She explained everything clearly, and the apartment had all sorts of useful things: a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, clothesline, kitchenware, and a Nespresso machine with capsules and milk. She also welcomed us with water and a bottle of wine.
