We liked it enough to come back in March after our January stay. It’s an easy walk to the center, trains, and buses, and the apartment has what you need as a base for seeing Vienna. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom, and living and dining room looked just like the photos. There’s a full-size fridge and oven, so cooking was easy, with a Spar just around the corner. Nora met us to hand over the keys and kindly walked us through everything. Guests observing Sabbath may find the nearby kosher shopping especially useful, and shuls and mikvahs are only minutes away. The keys are manual, and Nora will remind you to switch off the hallway light, which has a motion sensor.

It was quiet here, even though the flat is very close to the centre, and it had everything we needed. They left coffee pods for the machine, and when the WiFi went down, they got it working again promptly. There’s a lovely swimming pool and play park next door, with a Spar around the corner. We’d happily return as a couple with a teenager. The welcome was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The place was clean and very close to the center, and the host was great. Definitely worth staying.

It was clean enough, and we used the place just to sleep and wash. The location is handy for both the city center and metro, and it’s quiet. But the accommodation really needs updating. The bathroom has a shabby sink and shower rod, the ceiling is peeling, and the curtain rod is rusty. The walls need freshening up, and the parquet looks dirty and needs scraping and polishing. There are no pots or pans if you want to cook.

Nora was an impeccable host, and the location is perfect. The apartment is cute and a bit small, but it suits a 4-5 day stay well.
