Flooding in Vienna meant I had to cancel my stay. I messaged them about a possible partial or full refund, but they stopped replying completely. That lack of response was unprofessional, so I’d be cautious.

The location was very good, check-in and check-out were really quick, and the airport transfers were superb.

I’d booked for January 1st to 4th, but they cancelled with only three days’ notice, saying there were technical problems. Worse, they tried to get me to cancel the reservation so they could avoid extra charges. Very bad.
