The noise at night is a real problem, and the amenities don’t seem to match what’s advertised. Getting in and out can be a struggle, especially if you’re coming from far away. If the location alone makes the hassle worthwhile for you, then this is the place. Stay.

You have to collect the key from another hotel, and it took me a good two hours. The email and phone number listed on the website weren’t available. The place is furnished very simply, but most things work, and it’s nice to have a basic kitchen. The price is unbeatable, though you can’t expect much at that rate. All in all, it’s a hotel for budget travelers.

The beds were good and clean, and the rest of the bathroom was in good shape, though the shower cubicle was dirty. The rooms are spacious, the location is very good, and a tram goes right past the door. One stop gets you to the transfer point. You have to walk a bit to collect the key, but you can leave luggage before check-in. The service was good for the price.

The location was great, but everything else was a huge disappointment. Windows, closet, floor, shower, and toilet were all broken, dirty, and old, with little or no daily cleaning. I can’t understand how this hotel has 3 stars. For €62, you can find better in Vienna; this felt like a complete rip-off. You only learn after booking that the key has to be picked up at a hotel 10 km away. Not recommended for tourists who rely on public transport.
