The balcony had two cups full of cigarette ends, but there was no way to get out onto it. The sleeper couch was broken, and none of the appliances had an outlet, so using the microwave meant moving it. The towels smelled, the pillow was full of hair, and the room was far too hot with no way to adjust the temperature. It generally felt like the place hadn’t been maintained.

Our apartment flooded, and they kindly moved us to the penthouse. That one still smelled bad and felt old, with things partly broken throughout. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Better to choose somewhere else.

The apartments were spacious, warm, welcoming and well equipped. There’s underground parking near the building for 6-8 Euro per day, and the building has an elevator. Tram and metro connections are within walking distance. You can also take a pleasant walk to the old town or Prater.

As soon as we entered, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. The apartment door was broken and could easily be forced open by anyone. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.

The room was dirty and the service was poor. It was also much too hot, and although I asked several times for them to lower the temperature, nothing was done. There were lots of ants in the room too, as shown in the video I shared.
