B&B HOTEL Wien-Heilligenstadt

The room was quite large, and breakfast was excellent. Everything felt new since it had just opened, and the staff were nice. You can park on the street outside the hotel or use its underground parking. A very nice hotel.

Housekeeping never came to clean my room during the four nights I stayed. The bathroom was already dirty when I arrived, and the towels had someone else's hair on them. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The hygiene was far below what I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The place was nice and clean, but the corridor had a strange smell. At night, you can hear water running through the walls when someone nearby showers, and the area feels a bit sketchy after dark.

I was only missing slippers and a garbage bin in my room. I strongly recommend the hotel provide them, as I think they're necessary. Still, I was totally satisfied with this clean, wonderful hotel and its hospitality. The staff were friendly and helpful, including a couple of Persian speaking staff. The rooms were tidy and peaceful, with effective air conditioning and modern windows. Breakfast was varied and good, and the tap and shower water were great. I'd definitely recommend it to friends, and thank them for their hospitality.
