The bathroom and kitchenette weren't clean, and there were dirty dishes in the sink. Worse, there was blood on the bed sheets. The room still hadn't been cleaned when check-in time came, so we waited until after 6 PM. Nobody offered anything for the inconvenience.

Getting to the city center from the hotel was easy, and for the price it couldn't be better. The rooms were very clean, the beds new and comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. It all looked like it had recently been completely renovated. There's a pool that's due to open in summer, and I'm really looking forward to it. We'll definitely come back.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are clean and the apartments and rooms have been completely renovated. Our room on the main floor was probably the worst, though: a light outside the window was so bright that it lit the room even with the window covered, and we couldn't make it dark. It's easy to get to the tram, groceries, and restaurants from here. Overall, a good place to stay.

Please stay away from this hotel. I had asked in advance if I could check in after 3 PM because my flight would get me to Vienna around 10 PM. They said that was fine. On the day, at 2 PM, I still hadn't received the entry code, so I messaged them and got nothing. The number listed on Booking.com didn't work either. Getting to the address was difficult because it was wrong. When we arrived, the reception was empty. It had the same phone number as the booking site and a list of numbers for things like the police, which I found suspicious. A woman who'd apparently run into the same problem gave me another number she'd called. They answered, but when I gave my booking number, they said there was no booking under it. I sent the confirmation email, and the woman said she'd call back within half an hour. She never did. Meanwhile, I kept trying the number that didn't work, hoping something would change. Three hours in, I got an email confirming the booking. Insane. The cleaning staff told me they'd never seen anyone at reception. I also saw some definitely weird people, which made me wonder about the place and its security. In the end, the only way I could find somewhere to stay was to call Booking.com. They canceled the booking, fully refunded me, and redirected me to another accommodation. After five hours of all this, I finally had somewhere to sleep. Unacceptable behavior. The messages I sent asking for the code still haven't been answered.
