A lovely large room and a comfortable bed and shower, in a beautifully styled hotel right in the centre. The staff were wonderful, and nothing felt like too much trouble. There were lots of thoughtful extras, including complimentary tea, sweets, pastries, and bread in reception. Breakfast had fabulous choices, all so fresh. Definitely recommend!

The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and good quality choices. The hotel was quiet and pleasant, and its central location made it easy to get around and explore. Most of all, the staff were kind, welcoming, and always glad to help with questions or requests. We had a wonderful stay, found it good value, and would happily return. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was superb, with lots of variety and great quality, and it was served in the adjacent part of the building. The hotel is very central to the old city center, and the room was reasonably priced and tastefully furnished. A few things bothered us: one or more outlets worked intermittently, and noise from the guest upstairs may have been due to poor sound insulation between their floor and our ceiling. The HVAC couldn't cool our room below 17 degrees C, which felt a bit too warm.

We had a great stay and appreciated the holiday spirit. The lobby had hot and cold drinks, jars of candy, and pastries available all day, every day. We arrived about 2-3 hours before check-in. At first they asked us to leave our bags and come back, but after around 10 minutes they were able to get us into a room early. We'd booked almost a YEAR ahead to get a "Smart and Cozy" Queen bed room without breakfast for €341.60 ($398) for two nights during peak Christmas Market season. The hotel advertises itself as four-star, and that felt right. It's on a quiet side street and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was simple, modern, clean, and comfortable, with a large hot shower separate from the toilet, a quiet setting, and a coffee station with free pods. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions and a few Christmas markets, so it's a good central option if you're happy to walk. The Vienna train station is far from the city centre and most markets, so you need a tram, train, or metro to get to the hotel area. In hindsight, staying by the train station could also have worked well for exploring the city and surrounding region. It took us about 15 minutes on a ride and a 10-minute walk from the closest station.
