My end-of-March trip was cancelled because of Covid, and the staff were completely unhelpful about it. Austria was shut down at the time, yet they just pointed to the cancellation policy and wouldn't consider a goodwill option such as a voucher or changing the dates. They even kept the cleaning fee, which Booking.com eventually refunded as a goodwill gesture. They ignore emails and don't pick up the phone. I can't recommend them at all.

I booked for April 10th to 13th through Booking, paying extra for free cancellation. I cancelled on March 9th, while I was still within that period, because of what was unfolding. They charge the full amount upfront and are supposed to refund it if you cancel, but I'm still waiting. I've sent several emails and haven't had a reply, though I'll keep following up. I wouldn't pay more for free cancellation here expecting a refund if something goes wrong. I still hope to visit Vienna once this is over, but I won't book this apartment again.

The service was awful and the accommodation was terrible. Think carefully before renting this apartment. I wouldn't recommend it.
