Staff started ringing our room an hour and a half before the official checkout time, telling us to leave because the next guest was waiting. Unheard of. They could learn a thing or two about friendliness and customer care. The place feels neglected, though it probably was lovely ten years ago. There is grandeur, like you'd associate with a dowager countess, but it feels as if someone needs to come back and care for it. The terrace is overgrown with weeds, the office, since there's no lobby, has an unremarkable painting leaning against the wall, and a kitchen appliance in our room had a broken handle. We hardly saw anyone else in the building, which made it feel deserted, almost ghostly. Run down and not worth the money. Avoid this place!

Owners Mark and Said were always working and ready to help during our four-night stay. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, very comfortable, and let you cook your own meals. Several markets and a metro station are close by. Thanks to the staff for being so kind.

The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms have everything you need. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and the metro is quite close too. “Vienna suites” made my stay so much better. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience in Vienna. ❤️

The entrance and reception room are a real piece of art, and the apartments have lots of space. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location if you're attending conferences, close to both the Messe Wien and Austria Convention Centre.

There was plenty of space in these really nice suites, and the coffee in the rooms was good. The equipment is quite modern and works well. My only downside was the 7 AM checkout.
