The walks were easy to manage without using public transport: it’s about 25 minutes to the historic center and 30 minutes to Schloss Belvedere, while the train station is only a 10-minute walk away. That was handy with our early flight, since we could catch the airport train without worrying about getting to the station. There’s public transport nearby too, though we didn’t need it because the weather was nice and we enjoy walking. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, warm, quiet, and had more than we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedroom cozy, and the bathroom comfortable. Alex sent clear directions for finding the apartment and collecting the keys, and when we had a question after arriving, he sorted it out in about five minutes. We never met in person, but he was easy to reach and helpful while giving us our privacy. We had no further problems, though we were confident he’d have responded quickly if we had. Thanks, Alex! I’d gladly stay again and recommend the place.
