Easy Vienna Apartments

Terrible experience. We eventually got into the room around 18h, but only after calling from a different number. The worker said rooms were still available that night, and I had to explain again that we already had a reservation. At 15h on the booking day, we got a message saying the room was being cleaned, although guaranteed check-in was 16h. At 16h there were still no instructions, even after I messaged on Booking. There’s no reception to go to. When we called the hotel around 17h, they said the room wasn’t ready and told us to wait, without saying how long. The people on the phone were very rude, and they stopped answering our calls after that. Just pay extra and stay somewhere else, trust me :)

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were really friendly. They offered to keep our luggage in secure lockers while we waited for the room. The main subway station is a five-minute walk away, and downtown is about 15 minutes on foot.

It took us 1.5 hours to work out how to find the place, and the whole experience was difficult. The building was under construction and had a creepy feel. There was no reception desk or elevator, and the property description was very misleading. They said all rooms had air conditioning, and customer care confirmed it by phone, but that turned out to be false when we arrived. I don’t recommend this place.

We nearly got stuck outside overnight because our room PIN failed when we returned at midnight on the third night. Reception was closed, and it took an hour to reach anyone. They answered after five calls, then we waited another half hour for help. We managed to sort it out in the end, but contacting them was really difficult. The room itself was very nice, spacious and well furnished. The bathroom was a bit small and didn’t have much storage.
