Hotel Fabrik

Getting to public transport is easy, about a seven-minute walk, and the hotel is good value. The interior is simple but nice. My room was hard to settle into, though, because after cleaning the sheets were folded back over the bed in a way that made them look fresh, but they weren't new. Breakfast had the basics, but there wasn't much for someone who doesn't eat pork. I did like the small touches, such as the little bread basket and fruit bowl, with several kinds of fruit to choose from.

The architecture here is the most interesting I've ever seen. It worked well for a business trip thanks to the central location, and I found the bed comfortable and breakfast adequate. Parking wasn't great, though that is somewhat to be expected in the city centre.

The room faced a pleasant courtyard and stayed quiet at night. It was clean, and the hotel is close to the metro. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed the food, especially if you're after classic Viennese cuisine. The hotel and restaurant are in an old factory building, and they've kept its atmosphere. The staff were very friendly too.
