Frühstückspension Alexandra Kasper

The rooms were meticulously clean and well equipped, and the beds were comfortable, although the pillows were too big for my taste. Breakfast was good, and the place works well for either a business trip or a holiday. It’s in a quiet area with plenty of nearby parking spaces that are free at night. Getting in is easy even if you arrive late, with an entry code and clear instructions.

We’ve stayed twice and were delighted both times. It was clean, quiet, and friendly, with a delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the hotel has two convenient parking spaces in the garage. Self check-in is simple, and both times we arrived late at night and got into our room and the garage on our own. This isn’t a luxury or expensive hotel, so the prices are affordable, but everything feels thoughtfully prepared for guests. Rooms have a kettle, different teas, instant coffee, cups, hair dryer, extra pillows and blankets, and window blinds so you can sleep longer. The bathroom has shower gel and shampoo, tissues, and extra toilet paper. Downstairs there’s a shared fridge, plus snacks and drinks you can buy anytime at affordable prices on a self-service basis. Best wishes to the managers and the very friendly staff. I hope you have lots of grateful guests 🙂

I was deeply disappointed by our experience with Kasper Pension. After a recent planned terrorist attack created safety concerns in the city, we had to cancel our reservation. We contacted the hotel promptly to explain the serious threat to our lives and asked for a refund because of the extraordinary circumstances. They refused to refund even half the price. Their response was unhelpful and dismissive, with little understanding or flexibility despite the urgency and seriousness of the situation. The lack of empathy and support left us extremely dissatisfied. We expected more compassion and better service at such a critical time. I strongly advise future guests to take this into account before booking.

What a lovely welcome 🏡. The rooms and everything in the Pension were so clean and fresh smelling, you couldn’t help but enjoy being there. The staff were wonderful 💝, and breakfast was generous 🍇🍌🍐🍎🥐🥖🥞. Thank you so much 🙃🙂
