The room was beautiful, and the bathroom and bedroom were really comfortable, so I’m not holding a grudge. Still, take care: the coat hooks by the wardrobe in the corridor might fall on your head, and it gets noisy in the morning when trash and other things are carried out through the courtyard. I’d rate the stay 3.5 or 4 out of 5. We nearly didn’t get into the room at all. I was meant to receive an additional registration form two days before arrival, but they forgot to send it. My friend and I waited outside in the cold for an hour before they finally sent the form, key card safe code, and room number. The administration seemed indifferent on calls and messages. We specifically asked them to email the information, and they kept insisting they already had, which wasn’t true. It took about five calls before we got the card and could enter.

The apartments were beautifully styled and surprisingly spacious, with two levels in ours. We loved having our own private front door, and the price was very reasonable for what you get. It’s just two minutes from a U-Bahn station. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Austria.

We stayed from 23 Sep till 28 Sep in a separate flat in a house with other apartments belonging to the hotel. Most things went well, and I’d recommend the place, but be wary if you arrange a taxi through the staff. Our experience with that left a very bad aftertaste. Two days before our flight home, we went to the main office and asked them to book a taxi from our apartment for 3:30 AM, two and a half hours before departure. The airport is about a 25-minute drive away. They took our flight details, and we went back to exploring Vienna. On the day, we waited at the apartment at 3:30, then 3:45, and there was still no taxi by 4:05. We were upset and worried we’d miss the flight, so we booked an Uber ourselves. At that hour you can only arrange a taxi through an app. The apartment itself was clean and a little cool, so turn on the heating for best effect. It has a small kitchen with a stove, kettle, frying pan, coffee machine and dispensers, utensils, and a mini-bar. There was no hair dryer, but after we messaged the administration, one arrived in 30 minutes. We stayed five nights and the apartment was cleaned once, which was enough. Before arrival, they send simple instructions for collecting the keys. The neighborhood has a market, little cafes, a bakery, and a “SPAR” store within 20 meters, with a subway station five minutes away. The main office is about an hour’s walk from the apartment, or 20 minutes by subway, so questions and problems need to be handled by phone or instant messenger. When we arrived early, we left our bags at the office and the staff were friendly. You can get coffee and a MAP there, or ask them to order an airport taxi. Just be careful with that last part. Their failure to book ours could have made us late for our flight.

The bikes weren’t there, and the WiFi was pretty unreliable. Still, the place itself was incredibly good and well furnished. It’s 10 minutes from the city center by metro. Strongly recommended.
