The room was very clean, and the location is convenient, close to west bann. I was especially impressed by the people at reception. Franc was a kind, helpful gentleman, and another woman was very friendly too. An older gentleman even offered to carry our suitcase to the room, something I haven’t usually experienced at European hotels or hostels. I’d choose this place again on my next trip.

The room was bigger than I expected and very clean. We had a shared bathroom and kitchen, and public transport was close by for pretty much everything we needed. Laundry service costs just 4 euro. The staff were helpful and nice. A good budget stay, highly recommend.

Getting around was easy, with public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants only minutes away. The staff were kind and helpful, and the welcome felt more personal than you might expect from a hostel. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well heated, which made it cozy in the colder months. A great option if you want a comfortable place in a convenient spot.

Good value, with spacious rooms and a host who was happy to help. You can cook your own food, and it worked well for our family. Better than hotels for the money.

There was a strong urine smell as soon as we entered the room. I also saw spiders, and everything looked badly outdated. When we told reception and housekeeping about the problems, the staff just said, “I don’t know what to do,” then walked away muttering curses. There’s no mobile signal at all, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work either. I don’t think it’s worth booking.
