We stayed for 3 days and had a lovely time. The place was clean, really nice, and had everything we needed. The position was great, and we enjoyed the beautiful panorama in the mornings. I’d definitely recommend it.

This was my third visit. I first stayed here for a business trip 10 years ago, and it still feels fresh, clean, and cozy. The train from the airport, S7, stops right outside the hotel doors, and there’s a large shopping centre with restaurants and cafes across from reception. From Handelskai rail station you can get to both sides of Donau, and the city centre or prater are just 1-2 stops away. It’s also a lovely spot for a walk by the river. I recommend a room with Donau view. Breakfast is very nice, and the service is great. They check you in as soon as your room is ready, and late checkout is available for a good price. If you’re leaving later, reception can store your luggage while you take a walk in the city.

The parking garage was the one part I wasn’t keen on. It wasn’t very pleasant and was quite expensive, while some nearby places seemed to have better options for guests. The hotel itself is modern and efficient. There are several elevators, so waits are short, and check-in was quick and smooth even though I’d already done it online. We checked out early, so I didn’t interact much with the staff, but everything worked well. The rooms are spacious, warm, comfortable, clean, and well organized. The bathroom was clean and well maintained too. The Danube view from high up was a highlight. The room was functional, with nothing especially extraordinary, but nothing negative either. Room cleaning happens only every third night as part of the eco-friendly policy. That made sense to me, and there were plenty of towels, with fresh ones easy to get from a dedicated area. The location is unusual, inside a tower that’s part of a shopping mall, with shops, bars, and restaurants downstairs, many open late. It’s convenient for dinner or other services without worrying about getting back late. Trains, metro lines, and buses are close by, so getting around Vienna without a car is easy. I’d recommend it for a short city trip where convenience matters.

It’s a relatively cheap hotel, so you get about what you pay for. The room and facilities were very clean, but our room was small and noisy because it was on the 4th floor by the street. The curtains didn’t block the outside light well, breakfast was mediocre, and the staff weren’t especially friendly.
