The location was the best part, with the metro literally six steps away. It made getting anywhere super easy. The rooms were quiet, perfectly heated, cozy, clean, and had all kinds of facilities, with amazing beds too. The host was the sweetest man and gave us a private toilet. Thanks, Vasile!!!

I had a great stay at the hostel. A few days before my trip, someone contacted me on WhatsApp and explained how to get there. The staff member was always around to help with whatever I needed and was really understanding. I felt I got more than I paid for.
The rooms are really nice, with a hostel and hotel hybrid feel. Great spot, very close to the 1 line subway.
The owner was frightening. I politely asked whether I could switch rooms because mine faced the street, and he stormed in and told me I'd chosen it, that this was a hostel, not a hotel, and that for what I'd paid I couldn't get a single room in Vienna. He kept going and made me feel humiliated for not affording more expensive hotels. I found that argument laughable: he set the price himself, knowing what his rooms were worth, and was trying to attract guests after deleting his previous listing because of all the bad reviews. He lost his temper and humiliated a solo woman traveler over a simple, polite request. That showed a lack of professionalism and basic human decency. Look at his earlier reviews and you'll see how he twists things and attacks guests. He accused one guest of stealing a towel, but it was washed and torn, and I doubt anyone could use it for much. The room itself is beside a main street. With Vienna getting hotter and hotter, it gets stuffy, with no ventilation. There's a window, but it has to stay shut to keep out street noise and dust. The shared bathroom smelled of urine. Make your own judgment, but you've been warned.
Beautifully furnished and well kept, in a quiet, safe area. The accommodation is right in front of the subway, and there are places to eat just across the street, including pizza, kebab and a coffee shop. Excellent!
