We got the key easily even though we arrived around 1am. The room was clean and nice, and the shower was good. It’s a very convenient place to sleep if you need to be near the airport, as we did before picking up a rental car there the next morning. Breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. We spoke with the owner, who helped us get a taxi after Uber wasn’t working out because drivers kept canceling. Highly recommend (:

The hotel gave us a peaceful atmosphere outside the city, with accessible parking. Rauchenwarth is a small, quiet town about 14 miles from downtown Vienna. We stayed at Hotel Bauer from 15-22 August 2023, and the owners, Isabella & Wolfgang, took excellent care of us. Our room was clean, modern, and bright, with everything a couple would need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices and excellent coffee variations. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The public play area near the hotel was a highlight. It’s clean and nice, close to the airport, and although it’s a bit far from Vienna Center, the train makes it easy to get there.

I was there for just 6 hours before my morning flight. Getting the key without reception was easy, and the room was comfortable and very clean. Early in the morning, they helped by calling a taxi straight away.
