10/10
The room was small, but cute and trendy, and the whole hotel is beautiful. I loved the calming lobby and dining area, with all the plants. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine ticket at the bar. The front desk staff were lovely and helped with everything we needed. I loved our stay and would definitely come back and recommend it.

The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast had delicious options, and the restaurant was excellent. It's a fantastic contemporary hotel beside the Museum Quarter, just a three-minute walk from the underground/metro.

6/10
The hotel is nice, with great bedrooms, really comfortable beds, and an excellent location. The Spanish lady at the front desk was perfect, very polite and professional. But the restaurant was horrible, especially if you're not vegetarian, since then it feels like you have nothing to eat. Breakfast wasn't good either, basically the food was bad. Eat out and you'll be fine, unless you love vegetarian food.

The stylish, modern feel throughout the hotel made my visit really enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay: the location was amazing, and my room was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful the whole time, always ready to assist with whatever I needed.

The rooms, shared spaces, restaurant, and even the gym all went beyond what we expected. It's a beautiful place with modern design and great attention to detail. Service was remarkable, and the lovely staff made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming.
