Eurostars Josefine

The hotel is near the underground, and most of the places we wanted to see were about a 25-minute walk away. We had a brilliant stay, with a lovely, comfortable room, outstanding staff, and an excellent breakfast at the hotel. We'd highly recommend it and stay again.

We stayed one night with my mum and found it excellent value. Even though we booked the smallest room, it was generously sized, nicely decorated, and had the facilities we needed, plus complimentary treats. The staff at Hotel Josefine were welcoming and happy to accommodate our requests. We didn't have breakfast, but it smelled lovely, and there were some nice little places to sit and relax by the lobby. The hotel is close to a main shopping street, lots of places to eat, and the metro, which gets you into the center quickly. We'll definitely stay again if we're back in the city.

It was clean and cozy, and such good value. When I asked, they provided both an umbrella and an adapter I had forgotten. The free coffee and record room made our evenings, and the man who showed us to our room was a huge help throughout the stay. He was always there when we needed something and greeted us warmly every day. I wish I'd got his name so he could be recognized. Couldn't ask for more.

The suite was spotless every day, carefully maintained, and the hotel itself is stylish, charming, and full of character. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was how warmly the wonderful ladies at Hotel Josefine welcomed my mother and me. Their kindness, attentiveness, bright smiles, and positive energy made us feel at home from the start and lifted every day of our visit. Hotel Josefine is a real gem and a highlight among Vienna's hotels. My mother and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
