Mr. Sabri Satici was so kind and helpful during my visit, and I really appreciated his warm hospitality. The hotel was clean, well kept and organized, which made everything feel comfortable and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay, am very glad I chose this place, and would love to return. It’s conveniently close to Westbahnhof, so public transport made it easy to get around Vienna. I had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Wien Westbahnhof and would gladly return. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

We were in Vienna for a business trip and really enjoyed our stay. The metro and train stations are very close, so getting around was easy despite the hotel being a little way from the city center. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, especially Washma at reception, who was kind and supportive. The furniture had a slightly retro look, but everything was clean and well maintained. Thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping it tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect too.

The hotel itself was nice, and the elevators had a strange smell. The bigger issues were that we requested two single beds by email but weren’t given them; when we asked, we were told no other rooms were available. We stayed for two days and had repeated trouble with the room lock because the key card didn’t work properly.
