We slept well in the quiet neighborhood, and the location made getting around simple. We could walk to the downtown core, while major bus, metro, and train stations were close for other trips. The room and bathroom were both unusually spacious and spotless. For the rates we paid, I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included. I also found the bathroom lacking for personal hygiene: there was no bidet or even a handheld bidet sprayer, which I consider essential. That affected the value of the stay.

The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and nice. The pillows were a bit soft, but they gave me a different one when I asked. The blankets were very warm too, and they kindly found me a cooler one.

The rooms were fine, though a bit sparse on comforts, and there was dust on the ledge behind the toilet seat. The only toiletries were washing liquid, shampoo, and hand wash in one squeeze bottle. Breakfast was standard at best and didn't feel like good value. We'll look for a better hotel next time.

We were there for four days, and the bed made sleeping uncomfortable. The mattress wasn't very good, the pillow was old and too thick, and the synthetic-feeling blanket got quite hot. Sound insulation was poor too, and we could hear every step the neighbors took.

The staff were very friendly, and the sauna was nice, though the fitness center had little to offer. Parking was a bit of a pain. The historic building hasn't been modernized much, and the room and bathroom were extremely underwhelming. I definitely wouldn't call it four-star quality. The location was okay, but not especially handy for sightseeing.
