For a city centre hotel, it’s very good value compared with others. The buffet breakfast is included and plentiful, and there’s a luggage room where you can leave your bags on the last day, go sightseeing, then pick them up later. The hotel is extremely central, an easy walk from Saint Stephens Cathedral and the other old city sights, with an underground station nearby for getting further out. Our room, 422, was spacious, spotless, quiet because it faced away from the road, and had a large bathroom and everything we needed.

The common areas and breakfast room were pleasant, and breakfast was good. The rooms were pleasant too, though as a large man I found the single room somewhat small. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to Schwedenplatz U1 tube, which makes getting to Wien Hauptbahnhof convenient.

The breakfast has everything you need, and the hotel is well placed for seeing several sights. The metro stop is 3 minutes away, and St. Stephen's Cathedral is a 5-minute walk. I’d give it 4 stars because there’s no minibar. Add one and it would be a first-class hotel in Wien.

You can get a good night’s sleep here, tucked away from the crowds on a very quiet side street. The room was spacious, breakfast was adequate, and the location is very convenient for tourist attractions.

The room was warm and pleasant, and the location made getting around easy. Service could use some work, though. The women at reception weren’t friendly, while the man handling checkout was much nicer.
