The breakfast buffet was tasty and had plenty of variety, and I appreciated that they offer small rooms for solo travelers, which is rare in the USA. Getting around was easy, with restaurants and some nice parks nearby, and the room was surprisingly quiet even though it was next to the elevator. My small complaints: I couldn't stop shower water from leaking out in my room, and the curtains didn't keep much of the morning light out. If I'm back in Vienna for things around the same area, I'd put this hotel on my shortlist.

The room was the highlight for me, with a bathtub in the room and a shower with infrared light that made it feel like a spa. Breakfast was delicious, and having a glass of prosecco with it was a lovely extra. We loved everything about our stay. Fantastic, and highly recommended.

I really enjoyed most of my stay, especially the friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean property. In the single room, though, the space felt too small to be comfortable, and shower water leaked out into the room, which was inconvenient. I hope this feedback helps with future improvements. I'd be happy to come back.

The single room was small but lovely, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good, too. Nearby public transport and plenty of nice places within walking distance made it a great choice for a long weekend.

We slept well despite staying in a busy, lively area, as the hotel was impressively quiet at night. The city center is under 20 minutes away on foot, and the U-Bahn is nearby. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of variety and genuinely high-quality products. One receptionist, whose name I unfortunately forgot, made the stay especially welcoming. He was sincere, kind, and professional in every interaction, and went out of his way to help. In my view, he deserves a managerial role. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
