We were pleasantly surprised by the service for the price. Towels were changed daily and the beds were made, which we hadn't expected. The bathroom was clean, and once we turned on the heating the room was warm. Self check-in went smoothly during our weekend stay in November. The doors aren't very soundproof, but it was livable. We'd consider staying again for the excellent location near the underground railway if we return to Vienna.

For two days, I woke at 07:45 to a screeching metal-cutting saw running in five-minute intervals. They were doing major room renovations while still operating the place. There was also a 1cm gap beneath the room door, so there was no noise isolation. An absolute nightmare. Never again.

I stayed just one night and was pretty happy with it. The location is great, especially if you're going to a show at the Viper Room. You can hear people in the corridor, but it wasn't a deal breaker. If you're a super light sleeper, bring earplugs. The room was clean except for the area above the TV. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

The building feels old, even though it’s been refurbished. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom was separate. It wasn’t clean, and the heating only came on after I called customer care to complain. The coffee machine didn’t work either. There was no soundproofing: a neighbor knocked to ask us to be quiet, even though we were speaking at a normal volume.

The room was small, but it worked perfectly well for a short stay. The building felt secure and was clean and well maintained, and the location was great. Customer service was attentive and available even after 10 PM on a Saturday. We had a pleasant stay and I’d absolutely recommend it.
